Baby & Mummy Fitness with Betty

Will run Thursdays in our Studio beween 11.30am-12.30pm starting 15th September.

Workout can be enjoyed with your baby or toddler (ages 6 months - 2 years)- it's great fun for both of you!

Mummies can socialise & lose weight. Babies can have fun & enjoy the music.

Daisy Birthing & Baby Classes

Daisy Birthing & Antenatal Class

A combination of Gentle Yoga Based Movements, Traditional antenatal education combined with active birth principles taught together seamlessly alongside repetitive flowing movements designed to anchor the
education to your body, breath and movement. You will also learn Breathing techniques that are simple, effective and designed to work with the changing stages of your labour. There for you to instinctively call on if and when you need them as your labour progresses.
Daisy Birthing supports all mums, birth plans and choices – natural and medically supported, planned or otherwise, young or old, low risk or high risk, those who want to take part in class or just sit back and
absorb! Each class ends with a calming guided relaxation.

Sessions will start on 2nd September & will run on Friday at 7.00pm.

Taster session will be on Friday 5th August at 7.00pm.

 

Daisy Baby Tinies

A lovely first stage class for you and your baby. Classes will take you on a calming relaxing journey through soothing full body baby massage routines, baby reflexology and gentle first-step baby yoga. A unique, all-inclusive combination of positive touch, movement, education and post-natal support for Mums and babies from 6 weeks.

Sessions will start on 20th September & will run on Tuesday at 11.30am.

 

Daisy Baby Wrigglers

Combines baby yoga within a colourful, bright and lively multi – sensory class with movements for both you and your baby, designed to help your baby develop and grow whilst having fun.  Classes offer an all-inclusive combination of positive touch, active bonding, movement, play, education, developmental stimulation and support – perfect for both mum and baby!
If your baby is aged 20 weeks and  upwards, starting to sit with support, is enthralled by their range of developing movements and starting to engage with and explore the world around them, then we think
that Wrigglers this is definitely the right class for you and your baby.

Sessions will start on 20th September & will run on Tuesday at 10.00am.

Walking Football

Walking football is a great way to participate in the famous sport. Whether you are 15, 25 or 85 this is an activity for you!

Run by Gosport Borough Football Club, Walking Football meet on a Monday 12.00-13.00 & on a Wednesday 18.00-19.00.

No need to book - just turn up!

 


 

No playing partner - No worries with No Strings Badminton from PlayBadminton

We just love badminton, which is why our hall is set up for it most of the time!

We understand the frustrations of wanting to play a sport (like badminton) but have no partner to play with. Worry no more! No Strings badminton from Badminton England is a session designed for solo players. You'll be paired up, in friendly challenges for just a bit of fun. Once more - our highly qualified coach is there to give you tips along the way!

Days & Times:

Mondays- 8.00am-12.00pm (50+), 12.00pm-1.00pm

Thursday- 8.00am-12.00pm (50+), 8.30pm-10pm

Sunday- 1.00pm-3.00pm

 

Session Price- £3.50

50+ sessions will still be charged £2.60 as part of our 50+ activity mornings.


 

Pole Kandy Fitness

Pole Kandy is a fun & exciting new fitness class that's flirty & fabulous! It's a great way to tone & strengthen your body whilst having fun!

Days & Times: Thursday nights from 8.00m-9.00pm
