An Update on the system failure
Further to our previous update and email to members, the centre has experienced a critical systems failure at the centre on the evening of 28th May 2016. We have been working with IT engineers to resolve the issue, and we wanted to update our customers on what is being done.
We apologise for any delay at the centre and the problems many customers are experiencing online, on the phone & in person.
IT engineers visited the centre on Sunday 29th May in an attempt to reboot our servers. Unfortunately this was not successful and a replacement local server is required.
We have received confirmation from the engineers that a replacement server will be delivered to the centre tomorrow that will allow us to access the back up data we have and get back to normal.
Once the IT issue has been resolved we will respond to all enquiries we have received over the past couple of days.
Once again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and will update you with further information when we have it.
