Zumba

Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines.  Suitable for all levels.

Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Circuits

An exciting mix of body weight & external weighted total body conditioning excercise resulting in a full body workout.

Legs Bums & Tums

A combination of aerobics and body conditioning with the emphasis on fun!

Body Combat

This is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, t'ai chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Balance

Yoga-based stretch programme that leaves you relaxed and renewed. Suitable for all abilities. Bare feet required.

Pilates

Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing.It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.

Indoor Group Cycling

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
