I have a range of qualifications including level 2 & level 3 Personal Trainer, Spin, Body Pump, Kettlebells, Circuits, Functional Training and Olympic Lifting.
I have worked with a range of clients with different goals from professional footballers and rugby league players, to league players, to clients wanting to loose weight, tone and improve fitness levels.
Personal training is for everyone regardless of fitness history. I enjoy seeing people achieving goals to become a healthier and happier.

After taking voluntary redundancy from the Royal Mail after 25 years at the age of 48 I retrained as a personal trainer.
I have always had an active interest in sport and exercise and regularly play football, cricket, snooker and golf. Not to mention having 4 boys to keep me on my toes! I also play Tennis for Graves ITI tennis club and a qualified badminton coach.
I have completed 5 marathons along with a variety of smaller races. This has equipped me with the personal knowledge of the best way to train for long distance running and speed and agility.

I have worked 17 years in the fitness industry ranging gym floor, classes, and also Personal Trainer, and also being part of the Teenage Cancer Trust program through the Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Been a busy working mum, I know how hard it is to get them gym sessions in, so I have designed classes and sessions which work towards our goals and being realistic in achieving them. I also specialise in injury rehab, and have worked with the Great Britain Table Tennis Paralympics team, in preparing them for workouts through stretching sessions leading up to the 2012 Olympics.
As well as being a Personal Trainer, I love to teach classes including Spin, Kettlebells, HIIT, and also Core Fit Ball, I am always looking for new ideas and exercises to make the workouts more fun. I also teach a Buggy Bootcamp class to new mums after pregnancy to help them get back into exercise. Keep an eye out for this coming to Graves.
