A majority of people ask, what is personal training? It’s literally what it says on the tin. Training focused around you and your goals. We’ll take a look at what you want to achieve, then create a unique fitness programme designed to get you where you want to be, fast. If you're looking for nutritional advice, we'll provide this too. All you need to do is ask.

Is personal training for you?

There are plenty of reasons why you may be considering personal training. Lack of self motivation, not currently getting the results you want, injury rehabilitation, give us a target and we'll help you achieve it. It doesn’t matter if your new to fitness or an avid gym goer, there’s always an opportunity to enhance your workout.

We’re your friendly mentors that help you set and reach long term achievable goals. All of our personal trainers specialise in multiple areas of fitness including; weight management, sports performance, strength and conditioning, injury rehab and general wellbeing. Feel free to see us as lifestyle coaches. We're here to help you improve your quality of life.

Take a look at the personal trainer profiles on our website or feel free to approach us on the gym floor and see who’s best for you. Once you’ve picked your preferred trainer, speak with us or contact reception and book in for a free consultation.

Using the menu:

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
