Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
This High-Energy Interval Training class combines athleticaerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercise. Duration of 60 minutes with Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivates everyone towards their fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level, you'll get fit, stay fit and get fitter!
This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taewondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Duration of 60 minutes supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!
A workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. controlled breathing and carefully structured series of stretches to music create a workout that brings the body into a state of harmony.
Bums, Tums and Thighs
A total workout to overload those major muscle groups as well as to tone and define.
An active session working all parts of the body in a variety of different exercises through a circuit session.
An energetic circuit style class using a variety of punching combinations. This class aims at increasing fitness, stamina and toning.
Bootcamp workouts are efficient bacause you work your entire body - heart and Muscles- by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve body weight exercises like push ups, jumping jacks, crunches. the challenge in bootcamp is to take your body to its limit.
Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so they work for you in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.
Tai Chi is a type of internal chinese martial art practices for both its defence training and its health benefits. Tai-chi's health training therefore concentrates on releiving the physical effects of stress on the body and mind.
