Our Junior Gym programme is for 11-15 year olds. We have more gym sessions running so please join us for a safe, fun and friendly workout!
Want to attend the gym with your child or children?
Junior gym users can attend the gym with a parent, guardian or sibling who is 16+ and has attended a gym introduction session.
Monday - Friday supervised junior gym users can use the gym until 6pm and at any time on the weekends.
Whilst using the gym parents/guardians/siblings are responsible for the safety and monitoring of the junior user.

Activities included in our Junior Gym Packages are:
Supervised gym sessions
One-to-one gym induction
Unlimited swimming during public sessions
Junior Gym Session Times:
Monday-Friday 4pm - 5pm
Saturday 11-12am & 5-6pm
Sunday 11-12am & 4-5pm
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Please note that sessions are limited to 10 at a time during each 1 hr session, please pre-book onto the session before turning up to ensure you have a space.
All participants MUST have an induction with a member of the fitness team before using the gym. Please call to book your first induction.
