Abs – Cycling
An indoor cycling class with a section on abdominals.
An aqua class using floatation belts in deep water for a whole body water workout. Belts are supplied.
Aqua Easy Fit
A slower, controlled aqua class more suitable for those with mobility issues, pack pain or rehabilitating from injury or for Forever Active participants who are less sure on their feet.
Exercise in water and benefit from the natural resistance properties of water in a non-impact workout suitable for those new to exercise, pre and post-natal and rehabilitating from injury. These sessions form part of the Forever Active Weekly Multi Buy Discount.
Use ballet based moves and principles to tone and lengthen legs, flatten stomachs, improve core strength, and flexibility.
Easy to follow, simple high impact, high intensity, aerobic moves designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone the body.
A non-impact mix of yoga, pilates and tai chi, this holistic class improves strength and flexibility.
A mix of martial arts movements in a session to kick butt.
Resistance training using barbells designed for any level of fitness and experience to firm, tone and change body shape.
Body Pump Technique
It is recommended all Body Pump participants attend a technique session before participating in class.
Conditioning is a low or non-impact workout that burns fat, firms and tones all body parts. Sessions may involve the use of resistance equipment such as weights, bars, steps, bags and bands.
A metabolic training workout using resistance equipment guaranteed to burn fat, burn calories and unwanted inches.
Suitable for older populations, pre & post natal and those new to exercise, Forever Active is a low impact keep fit class with an extended warm up to improve co-ordination, flexibility, strength and fitness.

30 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular fitness with muscular strength and endurance in the ultimate challenge.
As seen on TV this intense fat shredding workout is now licensed as a group workout session. Results are guaranteed when you work this hard!
Kett Fit is a total body, fat shredding, strength and conditioning class using kettle bells. Limited places so book early. Please attend the Wednesday Beg/Gen class before participating in the Tuesday Intermediate class.
Uses standing and seated postures to improve posture, strength, flexibility and body form and focus on core muscles in the back and abdominals to lengthen, strengthen and tone in a zero impact workout.
Pilates with Ball
A Pilates class using a soft foam ball to add resistance or provide assistance to enhance your Pilates workout.

Simply stretch & flex in this class designed to lengthen and strength all major muscle groups. A great class for post injury recovery or maintenance to keep you loose and bendy!
