A class focusing exclusively on the abdominal region of the body to strengthen, tone and define. Great addition to your regular fitness regime.

Body Blast

Total body workout using body weight, steps, hand weights and bands. With this high calorie burning class you get great results.


Body Conditioning

Sculpt and strengthen your whole body with exercises that use your body weight as resistance as well as some other small equipment to get you in shape fast. 




High energy punch and kick combination work with traditional circuits based exercises. A highly motivational and exciting class.


Circuits/Postnatal Circuits/Mumfit Circuits

All round body workout using a variety of exercises based at different stations in a circuit.




A high intensity circuit class which combines body weight, cardiovascular and resistance exercises. Great for all abilities to improve fitness, weight loss and muscle tone.

Forever Active

A low impact gentle whole body workout class which combines aerobic moves and weight baring exercises that is perfect for all ages and abilities especially over 50’s. 



High intensity 30 minute training workout based upon the rotation of different workout techniques. Perfect for those looking for short intense workout.



Swing your way to a stronger and more flexible body. Learn the techniques to use kettlebells effectively and burn masses of calories. Grab the bell by the horns and step up to this class.


Ladies Bootcamp

Use a variety of equipment in this high intensity ladies bootcamp and see great results.


Legs, Bums & Tums

Low impact aerobic class set to music mostly concentrating on toning lower body targeting the legs, bum and stomach areas.

Step Aerobics

An energetic class focusing around step equipment that improves muscle strength and endurance with specific conditioning.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

  3. Choose the desired size
