Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists
Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
Body Pump Technique Session
This session offers an explanation of exercises, focus on correct technique and equipment usage for participation in Body Pump classes (see below), on an individual or small group basis. Attendance of a technique session is recommended but not essential for participating in a Body Pump classes.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Simple Aerobic patterns resulting in a fun and enjoyable workout.
A relaxing class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and promote a feeling of wellbeing.
Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
A fun and easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!
A total body shaping workout utilising lower and upper body exercises using bands, steps, hand weights and body weight. Get great results from this high calorie burning class.
Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.
Includes fun stepping sequences to improve fitness, followed by toning exercises for those key areas.
