A range of activities to enjoy in the pool

You or your children can enjoy other pool based activities including parent and baby swim, water polo, synchronised swimming and diving.

Swim Academy Distance Week - October Half Term 27th-31st

A FREE extra session for Swim Academy Members in Stages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and Rookie Lifeguard.

Must be a DIFFERENT day to the child's normal swimming lesson.

Session Times each day Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th and Friday 31st October. (The day you would like MUST be prebooked)

4.00pm-4.30pm - Stage 2's (Teaching Pool)

4.30pm-5.30pm - Stage 3's and 4's (Main Pool)

5.30pm-7.00pm - Stage 5's, 6's and Rookie Lifeguard

NOT compulsory, places are issued on a first come, first serve basis.

 

 

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
