Summer Shred Challenge
Inspired to take on your own fitness challenge this summer of sport?
Learn, like, love & live our new gym challenge and start that #SummerShred...
All you need to do is complete the below workout and record your four best completion times.
Raise the bar, jump high and complete the following hurdle:
- 600m run
- 30 press ups
- 20 box jumps
- 10 burpees
- 1.5km bike (female level 10 and male level 12)
- 10 mountain climbs
- 20 squats (female min. 20 kilos and male min 24 kilos)
- 30 shoulder press (female min. 10 kilos and male min. 20 kilos)
- 400 metre run
