Natalie Golder

Qualified in Ante and Post Natal exercise, Exercise referral and Cardiac Rehab Instructor, Boxercise, Kettlebell and TRX.

I am a focused instructor who has a passion for changing my clients lifestyles through exercise and healthy eating. I specialise in Cardiac Rehab and GP referrals. If you are interested in exercising in any of these areas please book an appointment today and start your journey to a new you.

 

Michelle Stanborough

Qualified in gym based boxing, circuits and nutritional advise. Has a foundation degree in sport, health and exercise.

I am a motivated exercise enthusiast who aims to promote enjoyment and dispel the misconceptions of female training, using an informative approach. I believe the key to sustainable success is balanced, educated lifestyle choices and i can give you the tools to make these for yourself. I have studied health and fitness for the last 5 years and am always looking for further learning opportunities to provide the best experience for my clients.

 

Craig Cook

Qualified in adolescent exercise, kettlebells and is an advanced Level 3 instructor.

I am a passionate instructor with a background in body building and martial arts, which gives me valuable first hand experience in using cardiovascular, resistance and flexibilty training to improve body composition, fitness and sporting performance. I am currently reading for the final year of my sport and exercise science degree where I have studied Physiology, Psychology, Biochemistry, Biomeasurement, Sports Biomechanics and Cell Biology.

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).
