The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Body Combat combines powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self defence disciplines including karate, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwondo into a "take on prisioners" adrenaline pumping routine. It is an empowering, athletic workout that will have you fighting fit in no time.
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness
CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and bottom, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury provention.
For those who are pushed for time...HiiT is a 45 minute class including warm up, 30 minute workout and cool down. High Intensity Interval Training is a popular workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity or even at complete rest. These intense workouts provide athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism and improved fat burning.
Fitness Pilates is a complimentary class aimed at all levels and abilities. Designed to sit alongside the remedial, cinical and rehabilitative sessions that are traditionally offered. Fitness Pilates is a researched, modern group fitness class that utilises all traditional principles but offers modifications, diversifications and updated exercise prescription to provide a controlled body conditioning programme.

Indoor Group Cycling
Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes.
This is a target ball sport, similar to Bocce, it is a paralympic sport for people wiith disabilites that have major impact on motor skills.
If you have difficulty standing or walking, it needn't mean exercise is out of the question. All the exercises are chair based but still designed to tone and strengthen. Even a small amount of activity can be a tremendous boost to our well being.
A high energy, non contact fitness class incorporating age old boxing techniques. Suitable for all levels, fun and stress busting.
