We run a number of activity courses for adults to enjoy.

Current courses available are as follows...

Trampolining

Fancy learning how to seat drop and somersault? Try our Adult Trampolining course to develop fundamental actions, shapes and landings.

Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga courses are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.

Monday 9.30am - 11am

Tuesday 6pm - 7.30pm

Tuesday 7.45pm - 9.15pm

Please contact reception for availability and prices. Courses must be paid for upfront and are not a pay per session class.

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
