Activities for the over 50s to enjoy
We have a number of activities aimed at those aged 50 or over.
Over 50s Exercise
Our gentle exercise class is designed to improve flexibility and promote well being.
Over 50s Raquets
Racquets is a friendly session which offers a choice of Badminton, Short Tennis, and Table Tennis to those with little experience.
Over 60s Fit and Tone
Exercise to the pleasant sound of live piano music played by our Keep Fit Pianist - Jackie Bannister.
Aqua Over 50s
A water based class great for injury rehabilitation and those requiring a non impact workout.
Fit & Fifty
Suitable for the older adult, this is a low impact aerobics class with an extended warm up. Hand weights are used for all over body toning and strengthening but are optional. Helps to focus on posture and flexibility. Stretch and relax to finish.
