Active Always Classes
We have a number of dedicated classes for the over 50s. Our Active Always sessions will help you to improve your health and well-being. If you have never exercised before, it's never too late!.
All instructors are specially qualified to teach health related exercise to people of all levels of fitness and ability to ensure everyone can join in at their own pace.
