Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
A parent must be present when completing the paperwork and this must be done outside of the induction timeslot.
Sessions are bookable in advance. Direct Debit payers can book 1 day in advance and casual payers can book on the day.
Tuesday: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Wednesday: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday: 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am – 11.00am
Sunday: 10:00am - 11.00am
