Combines power house moves and stances developed from a range of disciplines like karate, boxing and tae kwon do. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body.
Advanced workout introducing boxing skills with a strong cardiovascular element. Includes focus pads and punch bag work.
This class builds speed, stamina and strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. Suitable for all levels.
Dedicated to toning the stomach and stengthing your back with the use of fitballs. Beginner and regular classes available.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Aerobics and toning workout designed to target the legs, bums and tums.
Exercise technique targeting deep postural muscles, re-balancing of the body, improving posture and strength and flexibility. Regular and Advanced classes available.
Fat buring class designed to tone thighs and bottoms.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities, based on lyenga method. Strong postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation will give you a strong and supple body and a de-stressed mind.
Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
