Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-16 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Wednesday 3pm - 5pm
Friday 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturdays and Sundays 10.00am – 12.00pm
