Enjoy a wide range of group workout classes

A range of classes and sessions in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied.

Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

Body Balance

Yoga based stretch programme that leaves you relaxed and renewed. Suitable for all abilities. Bare feet required.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A combination of aerobics and body conditioning with the emphasis on fun!

Circuits

An exciting mix of body weight total body conditioning exercise - resulting in a full body workout.

Body Combat

A Martial Arts based aerobics class designed to shape, tone, increase endurance and build self confidence. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Body Attack

The sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. The high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard core competitor! Ideal for all fitness levels.

HITT

HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
