Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday – Friday 4.00pm – 5.00pm
Saturdays 8.00am -9.00am
PLEASE NOTE THE JUNIOR GYM SESSION TIMES ARE DIFFERENT OVER HOLIDAY PERIODS. SEE RECEPTION FOR MORE DETAILS
Junior gym members can now visit the gym with their parents weekdays up to 6pm and anytime at weekends. Please ask for more information at reception as restrictions apply.
