Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday – Friday 4.30pm – 5.30pm
Saturdays 11.00am – 12.00pm

Junior gym members can now visit the gym with their parents out of session times. Please ask for more information at reception as restrictions apply.
