Your Gym Team

Stephen Cullen - Gym Manager & Personal Trainer

I love being a health and fitness instructor! I have a passion for exercise & training, the benefits and incredible physiological change that can take place using effective training strategies. I have used the gym like a workshop for over 15 years and personally have improved health, reinforced weakness, rehabilitated from injuries, changed body composition and supported athletic performance in multiple sports.

As a personal trainer I thrive on instilling knowledge, confidence and ability in my clientele to progress and have confidence in their ability to use exercise, training, nutrition and regular activity to achieve beyond all barriers and perceived limitations. The gym is my workshop, it has all the tools to go beyond the status quo!

I like to move continuosly forward with progressive training plans, improved nutrition and a healthy relationship with exercise and lifestyle demands to improve mental and physical wellbeing!
