Young at Heart
We have a number of activities aimed at those aged 50 or over.
Come and join the Senior Sports Club for over 50s and enjoy a very social activity session. Try a new activity such as badminton, table tennis, racketball or enjoy a class, a swim or a workout in the gym.
Why don't you end your session with a chat and a coffee so that you can get to know new like minded people.
