Our friendly gym offers an ideal environment to tone, tighten, lose weight, build strength or increase stamina at a very reasonable price.
The gym has a cardiovascular area, fixed and free weights, resistance weights and an indoor cycling studio.
We would like our gym to be a place where everyone feels comfortable. Please familiarise yourself with our gym etiquette poster before using the facilities.

Our dry side changing rooms have lockers provided, but they require a padlock to use them. You can bring your own padlock or you can purchase one from our reception. We also have small lockers within the gym for small items such as keys and phone. These also require a padlock.
Indoor Group Cycling Classes
Dear Gym Users
We are currently refitting the Indoor Group Cycling room; this is very exciting and will improve the member experience. The makeover includes a darkened room with mood lighting, brand new Stages bikes, a new stage with sound system and some additional classes.
Whilst the works are being carried out are aim is to keep the classes going, with minimum disruption to those participating and other centre users.
To do this we have had to move the bikes into the gym.
We have relocated as much of the equipment as we can within the gym and feel there is sufficient equipment to meet your needs.
Whilst the classes are on the instructor will keep the music to a sensible level whilst still keeping the enjoyment of the class.
The days and times are listed below, if you feel you would like to avoid coming to the gym at these times please do, or if you fancy seeing a lot of people get worked hard then come along!

Tues – 07.15-08.00 18.30-19.15 19.30-20.15
Wed – 17.00- 17.45 18.00-18.45 19.10-19.55
Thur – 19.00-19.45
Fri - 09.30-10.15 18.00-18.55
Sat - 11.30-12.30
Sun - 09.30-10.15
If there are no classes on then you are more than welcome to use them providing you have had your induction.
If you require an induction then please speak to a member of gym team.
Works are due to be completed by the end of December; hopefully doing the works over this quieter period will cause little disruption.
