Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
In these sessions 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.

Tuesdays 3.30 - 4.30pm & 4.30 - 5.30pm
Thursdays 3.30 - 4.30pm & 4.30 - 5.30pm
Fridays 3.30 - 4.30pm & 4.30 - 5.30pm
Saturdays 1.00 - 2.00pm & 2.00 - 3.00pm
In addition to these time slots Juniors can use the gym when accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling over the age of 16, Monday - Friday before 6pm and all day at the weekends. Only 2 juniors per supervising adult. Both the parent/guardian and junior must have completed an induction prior to use and the adult must remain with the junior at all times. Only exercises with the juniors programme, set at induction can be completed. For additional exercises to be shown the junior must book in for a programme review within the supervised sessions.
