We run a variety of training courses at our centre.

After many training courses in house we have now decided to branch out and share our experience and offer our excellent training courses for your business’s  or simply for your personal development.

We are passionate about delivering training to a high standard.

 We are offering the following courses:

First Aid at work

Emergency First Aid at work

Paediatric First aid

Parent, child and baby first aid course

Epi pen training

National Rescue Award for swimming teachers and coaches- NRASTC

National pool lifeguard qualification NPLQ

ASA UKCC Level 1 and 2 teaching aquatics

Automated External Defibrillation (AED) course

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
