Get fit in the pool with an aquatic class

An aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land Aqua Aerobics is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistive equipment.
This enjoyable class gives the whole body a workout using the water as resistance. Classes are suitable for those aged over 50, rehabilitating, pre & post natal, GP referral scheme or just simply requiring a very gentle low impact workout in the water to the sounds of the 60's & 70's.
