Thi unique workout combines the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and resistance training into a highly effective regime performed on the mat and at a barre. The effect is a long lean dancer's body without being a dancer. This low impact total body workout lifts the butt, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms.
Is a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 800 calories in a 60 minute class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door.
