A total body workout, Aqua Fit ensures you use every muscle in your body by using the water as resistance. The water takes out the impact of the moves. Work at your own level & get results
An instructor led activity, for those who wish to use the positive benefits of water, such as resistance and buoyancy to gain a highly effective workout that has low or no impact on joints.
For those who prefer a more targeted workout, Aqua Circuits is the aquatic equivalent to circuits in the gym. Based on a range of activities and movements, participants use equipment such as weights and specialised floats and move between stations to tone specific muscle groups. Workouts often include an element aimed at improving aerobic fitness.
Water Worx is an effective total body workout where you are immersed in a fun environment and can choose your intensity level.
