National Fitness Day

Also happening during our Free Week of Fitness is National Fitness Day, which is 7th September. We'll be challenging you to 'Dont Stop Till You Drop' . This challenge was constructed by one of our very own personal trainers, the challenge consists of:-

  • 20 Jump Jacks
  • 20 Power Jacks
  • 40 Mountain Climbs 
  • 20 Press ups 
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Squats 

 & We want to know how many rounds can you do non stop? We look forward to seeing you!

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
