Get fit in the pool with an aquatic class! Here are our current sessions but do check out our timeable for class times and prices

Aqua Fit

Maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land Aqua Fit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

Hydro Jog

Tired of plodding the streets or the treadmill? Hydro Jog let's you take your run to the pool! This class allows you to have the workout of your normal run but with the added challenge of water resistance. Unlike normal running, Hydro Jog involves no impact, so it's fantastic if your returning from injury or you just want to give your joints a break from your usual routine.

Swim Fit

This structured lane class is a great way to not only improve your fitness but also brush up on your stroke technique. Taught by an experienced ASA qualified swimming teacher, Swim Fit is designed for competent swimmers looking to build their stamina in the water.

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
