Focusing on relaxation using slow, flowing movements this course is designed to introduce you to Pilates and work on training your core postural muscles, improving strength and flexibility.
This course encompass all styles of yoga and teach you techniques to release physical and mental tension.
This course is for people aged 16yrs and over and caters for all ability levels. You'll learn skills such as jumping and somersaults, giving you the chance to stay fit whilst having fun!
