Fitness Courses

We run a number of classes each month which can be booked for 4 to 6 weeks depending on the course.

Beach Body Workout

Get in shape for summer with this female only session which will help tone up key areas to get you your percfect 'beach body'.

Core Fit                       

Course will use stability balls and floor work to help you tone and strengthen your muscles for improved posture.

Ab Attack                                      

If you are after a flat stomach or six pack to die for, this course of weekly workouts will put you right on track.

 

Kett Fit                              

This course uses Kettlebells to help you get lean and improve your overall fitness without developing muscle mass.

Snow Fit                       

Getting ready for your winter holiday could not be easier with Snow Fit. Strengthen your leg and back muscles ready for skiing or snowboarding.

Bootcamp                                                                                                             

                                                      Are you ready to push yourself to the max? This free weight workout for you entire body increases strength and improves muscular endurance. During the summer months we run this course outside.

Pilates Intro Course 

Focusing on relaxation using slow, flowing movements this course is designed to introduce you to Pilates and work on training your core postural muscles, improving strength and flexibility.

 

 

 

Yoga

This course encompass all styles of yoga and teach you techniques to release physical and mental tension.


 

Trampolining

This course is for people aged 16yrs and over and caters for all ability levels. You'll learn skills such as jumping and somersaults, giving you the chance to stay fit whilst having fun!

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
