Improvers Group - The Winchester Royal Caribbean Running Group is an ongoing weekly club that takes place every Thursday evening at 6.30pm. These sessions are ideal for those wanting to continue progressing their running with others of a similar ability.

Every Thursday at River Park £1.00 per week

Steady & Strong (Otago)

Have you fallen or are you worried about falling? A gentle class working on your lower body strength and balance, helping you to reduce the risk of falling at River Park Leisure Centre.

Swim 4 Health

Swim4Health is the aquatic route to fitness and wellbeing.

Choose from a six week Swim4Health membership for only £28 (£20 if you are a current Weight Watchers meetings member).

The six week membership gives you unlimited swimming and aquatic classes, a free one day gym pass and a free studio class. Read more

 

Neuro Fit

For people with neurological conditional such as multiple sclerosis, parkinsons or those who have suffered a stroke.

Mondays 2-3pm & Fridays 12.30 - 1.30pm at River Park.

£3 per class.

Cancer Rehabilitation

12 week exercise scheme. Physical activity can help with the recovery from cancer and the side effects from treatment. At River Park you will receive a consultation with one of our cancer rehab trained instructors as well as some access to the leisure centres facilities at a discounted rate.

Exercise Referral Scheme

Tailor made 12 week physical activity programme that will help you become more active and healthy. You can not self refer but you can suggest your inclusion to your local GP.

Underlying medical conditions: High Blood Pressure/ Cholesterol, Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Depression, Anxiety, Stress.

Choose from a range of activities: Gym Sessions (with a personalised programme), Workout classes, Swimming, Active Lifestyle classes and many more!

Winchester Futsal Academy

Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided football game that is widely played across the world and is officially recognised by both UEFA and FIFA.
