A range of group workout classes and group personal training classes in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied.

Group Workout Classes

 

Zumba

Party yourself into shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more easy to follow routines.

Body Pump

Les Mills non impact resistance programme combining high repetition weight training with aerobic endurance. Conditions muscles while raises metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Body Attack

Les Mills sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Body Combat

Les Mills combat combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disiplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into a 55 minute energetic routine.

Body Balance

This is a Les Mills yoga, tai chi and pilates inspired workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Body Jam

A Les Mills mixture of hip hop, funk, latin and broadway dance moves that add new meaning to the concept of having fun while getting fit.

Body Step

An energetic step worjout by Les Mills. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear. Muscle conditioning tracks shape and tone your body.

Circuits

This class builds speed, stamina and strength as well as cardiovascular endurance.

Low Level Circuits

Targeted at those with special needs, this session is inclusive of all impairments, incorporating both cardiovascular and resistance training.

Boxercise

A class using resistance training equipment, cardiovascular work, punch bags and focus pad training.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A low impact class concentrating on those problem areas.

Pilates

This class focuses on coordination and relaxation using, slow, flowing movements.
To attend the Tuesday 6pm Beginners class, the 6 week Complete Beginners course at 8pm on Tuesdays must have been completed (or you must have a basic experience of Pilates).  

Yoga

This class encompasses all styles of physical yoga. Postures and breathing are used to release physical and mental tension.

Stretch

Improve flexibility, posture and muscle condition.

Reebok Easy Tone Step

A step class using the Reebok Easy Tone Steps that gives you a cardio and core workout in one.

Text size controls

Using the menu:

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
