Party yourself into shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more easy to follow routines.

Body Pump

Les Mills non impact resistance programme combining high repetition weight training with aerobic endurance. Conditions muscles while raises metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Body Attack

Les Mills sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Body Combat

Les Mills combat combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disiplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into a 55 minute energetic routine.

Body Balance

This is a Les Mills yoga, tai chi and pilates inspired workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Body Jam

A Les Mills mixture of hip hop, funk, latin and broadway dance moves that add new meaning to the concept of having fun while getting fit.

Body Step

An energetic step worjout by Les Mills. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear. Muscle conditioning tracks shape and tone your body.


This class builds speed, stamina and strength as well as cardiovascular endurance.

Low Level Circuits

Inclusive of all impairments, this workout session incorporates both cardiovascular and resistance training.


A class using resistance training equipment, cardiovascular work, punch bags and focus pad training.

Legs, Bums & Tums

A low impact class concentrating on those problem areas.


This class focuses on coordination and relaxation using, slow, flowing movements. Developed to work specifically on training the core postural muscles, improving both strength and flexibility.



This class encompasses all styles of physical yoga. Postures and breathing are used to release physical and mental tension.

A step class using the Reebok Easy Tone Steps that gives you a cardio and core workout in one.

Group Personal Training Classes


Les Mills GRIT SERIES is a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) programme. Three different 30 minute group personal training classes to get you fit, fast! Check out what is in store here!



This workout uses the principle of plyometrics with the step bench to build your power, leg strength and speed. Designed to transform muscle fibre producing the lean, athletic shape you desire.

GRIT Cardio

This workout maximizes calorie burn with the combination of high impact body weight exercise to get you super fit, super fast. Cardio is scientifically proven to get results and with high intensity interval training it only takes 30 minutes out of your day.

GRIT Strength

Uses barbells, plates and the step bench, 30 minutes later it’s all over but your metabolism stays in overdrive for hours afterwards. Designed to target all major muscle groups leaving muscles shaped and toned.
