Swimming is one of the best forms of all round exercise available, an activity for everybody, whether you want to get healthier, fitter, or just have fun or relax.

No matter what your age, weight and physical ability, swimming and water-based activities can provide you with whole body workout, great for shaping up and even a gentle swim can burn over 200 calories in half an hour.

We have family changing cubicles in our changing rooms and our lockers require a £1 coin which is returned to you.

We operate a swim supervision policy for children, view details in our timetable section.
