Here’s what other people have said about Swim4Health:

“ My confidence in water has really grown since doing Swim4Health. I now feel able to come swimming with my two year old and my five year old. “  Gina, 34, full-time mum.

“ I always thought of exercise in water as just being for people wanting gentle exercise. How wrong I was! After doing a fast paced Aqua Circuits class I feel like I have really worked out – which has helped my fitness tremendously.” Aaron, 38, retail manager and Sunday league football player.

“I enrolled on Swim4Health a few months before going on holiday abroad with my daughter, son –in-law and seven year old grandchild, Ellie.

I found it helped me feel much happier with being in water – as I hadn’t swum for years. I did some aquacise classes and built up from the odd width to doing a few lengths of the pool twice a week. On holiday I went in the pool every day with Ellie and loved it ! I would have probably just sat by the pool and watched her if I hadn’t  done Swim4Health.
