Bored of the same routine, then why not try our new pool workout programme. Delivered by qualified instructors with poolside and online interactive support, Swim Fit is just like personal training but in the pool.
Tuesdays 7.00am - 8.00am
Wednesdays 5.30pm - 6.00pm starts 7th March
Thursdays 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Thursdays 4.00pm - 5.00pm Junior session for ages 10+ (must be able to swim 50 metres in under 1 minute 15 seconds, starts 8th March)
£4.40 per session.

An aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land Aqua Fit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistive equipment.
