Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
In these sessions 11-16 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Mondays 3.30pm - 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Tuesdays 3.30pm - 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Wednesdays 3.30pm - 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Thursdays 3.30pm - 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Fridays 3.30pm - 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Saturdays 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Sundays 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Junior Inductions will be run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 3.45pm - 4.15pm and weekends 2.00pm - 2.30pm
In addition to these time slots Juniors can use the upstairs gym only when accompanied by a parent/guardian or sibling over the age of 16, Monday - Friday before 6pm (excludes 9.30am - 10.30am Wed-Fri) and all day at the weekends. Only 2 juniors per supervising adult. Both the parent/guardian and junior must have completed an induction prior to use and the adult must remain with the junior at all times. Only exercises with the juniors programme, set at induction can be completed. For additional exercises to be shown the junior must book in for a programme review within the supervised sessions.
