NEW Functional Training Courses ...
We have now installed the latest ViPR, TRX and core bags as functional fitness equipment. Our courses will introduce you to a new way of training, strengthening your cor, and generally working all those hard to hit places and giving you an overall body workout. Please contact the gym or reception to book your place on a course.
TRX Suspension Training
Experience a total body functional workout where you can control the intensity. Aimed at strengthening, toning and improving your flexibilltiy.
