With over 5 years of experience in the industry, and also working within PFP Leisure for over 4 years as fitness instructor/personal trainer. I am fully qualified in all areas of training varying from clients with special needs to events such as marathons/triathlons.
What ever the goals or needs are, with my motivation and skills, and your determination we can reach success together. Using different training types such as kettle bells, viprs, core training we can reach above and beyond the ultimate goal.
The best approach to fitness is using diet, lifestyle and exercise regimes to better yourself and more, and with my help and guidance using correct technique and development you will see the benefits of safe, effective and enjoyable workouts that give you results.
My approach to fitness is put 100% effort in and receive 100% results back using safe, correct and effective skills.

From gaining my level 3 personal trainer award, to having earned my diploma in exercise referral and my level 4 cancer rehabilitation qualification. I have the tools to work with a wide range of people when it comes to prescribing exercise and programme design.

With over 12 years under my belt working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I am fully qualified in all areas of gym training.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, with a background in many forms of fitness. I have an advance diploma in sports science and have furthered my knowledge from then, applying what I learn to help others achieve the results they want, in the most effective way possible.
I believe that you get out what you put in, and as such I always develop programmes and tailor sessions that take people to new limits, and result in their fitness reaching new peaks.
I specialise mainly in developing muscle mass, losing fat, resistance and strength training. I am confident that no matter who, I can implement training to get you looking how you want, and feeling great at the same time.
I am a REP’s Level 3 Personal Trainer and also Level 3 GP Referral Instructor. I particularly enjoy teaching group fitness classes which include Group Cycling, Body Pump and also aquatic fitness classes such as Aqua HIIT and Aqua Boot Camp.
