Our friendly gym is a fantastic environment to acheive your fitness goals whether you want to lose weight, train for an event or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
All new members will be offered a free Introduction to the gym and our instructors are on hand to help you with any new equipment you want to try.
The gym has 5 key areas: Cardio, Tone, Strength, Functional and Core Stability to help you enjoy your exercise session.
We also have a Queenax which allows for a wide range of functional based activities.
