As a Strength & Conditioning Coach I specialise in sports specific training. This means that the main focus of the training I provide is to improve sporting performance, increase mobility and postural correction across a wide range of sports from hockey to Olympic Weightlifting. I help my clients achieve this through specific goal setting and long term planning based in making the human body stronger and injury resistance.
I compete nationally in Olympic Weightlifting and this experience has helped me understand the commitment and dedication needed to fully achieve your potential.
I am an experienced personal trainer and have trained a variety of different clients during my career ranging from different ages, abilities, strength levels and training experience.
I thrive on the challenge of motivating my clients and helping them achieve results they previously thought were impossible. I pride myself on my ability to adapt to my clients needs while also making training fun and interactive.
