Legs, Bums & Tums

Low impact aerobic class set to music mostly concentrating on toning lower body targeting the legs, bum and stomach areas.

 

Les Mills BODYPUMP™

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

 

Les Mills BODYBALANCE™

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured moves, stretches and poses in this holistic workout.

 

Les Mills BODYATTACK™

Sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. High energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

 

Les Mills Grit Series™

30 minute high intensity training (HITT) workout, based on a rotation 3 different workout techniques Strength, Plyo, Cardio. Cutting edge HITT combined with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

 

Pilates /Pilates on The Ball/Gental Pilates on The Ball

A class that teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.

 

Step Aerobics

Yoga

Using the menu:

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
