We run a range of gym sessions for 11 - 16 year olds as a FREE part of a Junior Membership Package.
Mon-Fri 3.30pm-4.30pm / 4.30pm-5.30pm
Sat-Sun 11.00am-12.00pm/ 3.00pm-4.00pm
Pre-booking through reception is required. A gym instructor will be available for support, advice and safety.
Teen Indoor Cycling
A fun and fast 30min session in our indoor cycling studio for 11-15 year olds.
