Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
We run a range of gym sessions for 11 - 16 year olds as a FREE part of a Junior Membership package.
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance. If attendees are more than 10 minutes late for their session slots will be reallocated.
Junior Gym Policy Update
In addition to our Junior Gym sessions we are happy to announce from Wednesday 1st June 2016 Junior members will now be able to access the gym at anytime before 6pm on weekdays and at anytime on weekends. The Junior members are allowed into the gym as long as they are accompanied/supervised by an Parent/Guardian who are members. The ratio is TWO children per parent/guardian.
Mon - Fri 3.30pm-4.30pm / 4.30pm-5.30pm*
Sat - Sun 11.00am-12.00pm/ 3.00pm-4.00pm
During the October Half Term (from Monday 24th October - Friday 14th October) we will be introducing an additional junior gym session:
