Mum and baby indoor cycling

The perfect way to keep fit without having to let your little one out of your sight!

Starting Thursday 8th September at 12pm, we'll be running a 45 minute indoor cycling class for mums and inviting babies or toddlers along too! All we ask is that your Babies and Toddlers are strapped into a car seat or buggy, they will not be allowed to move around during the session. There's no specific age limit as long as your child is in their buggy or car seat and happy to sit for the duration of the class.

What to Bring -

- Drink

- Towel

- Please wear appropriate sports kit

- A blanket to make sure baby is warm as the air conditioning in the studio can get chilly

- Baby toys for your child's entertainment

We've designed this class to get mums back into a comfortable exercise environment which works around you and your baby. If you need to get off the bike to feed, or look after your baby, that is absolutely fine. The class will be paced so all levels of fitness can join in and enjoy the class.

Get yourself back into an exercise routine which works for both you and your baby!

 What We Offer

Fitness Designed with Mums in Mind

All our classes are led by instructors qualified in pre and postnatal exercise programmes. Low impact and with realistic goals, we take into consideration your energy levels and ability.

Generally we advise mums to restart fitness when they have had their 6-week postnatal check up, (12 weeks for c-section). Speak with your GP or midwife.

Bring Your Baby

Parting with your little one can be tough in the first few precious months, so bring your baby with you in their car seat or buggy to our classes and should they need anything during the class then you can attend to them at anytime.

Other Benefits

Want more regular fitness?  Your course or classes attendance may entitle you to a follow on 10 week gym membership for a discounted rate. Speak with our Health Referral Teams for more information.
