We have a range of activities available for 10-16 year olds.
We run a range of gym sessions for 11 - 16 year olds as a FREE part of a Junior Membership package.
Mon - Fri 3.30pm-4.30pm / 4.30pm-5.30pm
Sat - Sun 11.00am-12.00pm/ 3.00pm-4.00pm
Pre-booking through reception is required. A gym instructor will be available for support, advice and safety.
Junior Gym Policy Update
In addition to our Junior Gym sessions we are happy to announce from Wednesday 1st June 2016 Junior members will now be able to access the gym at anytime before 6pm on weekdays and at anytime on weekends. The Junior members are allowed into the gym as long as they are accompanied/supervised by an Parent/Guardian who are members. The ratio is TWO children per parent/guardian.
Teen Indoor Cycling
Please note this session is currently unavailable - a new class will be starting soon!
A fun and fast 30min session in our indoor cycling studio for 13-16 year olds.
4.30pm - 5.00pm
Sessions are drop in or can be booked in advance up to a week before the class. Please call reception on 01444 876000 for more information or to book.
Multisport for ages 10-14yrs on Friday evenings.
Activity Sessions: 7.30pm-8.30pm

*please note the swimming session is part of a public session and subject to normal supervision by lifeguards. Young adults will be responsible for getting themselves to the sports hall for the sports sessions.
