Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday - Friday 4pm - 5pm
Saturdays and Sundays 11.00am – 12.00pm
Junior Gym members can just the fitness facilities outside of these time with parent/guardian supervision until 6pm Monday to Friday and any time at weekends.
