The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Enjoy a group cycling session. Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes.
Body attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Traditional techniques are used to build on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, breathing control and inner wellbeing.
One of the oldest forms of dance; Belly Dance is a great way to stay in shape no matter what your dance experience. Belly Dancing promotes femininity, balance, posture, strength, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun and highly expressive.
Stretch and Relax
A gental class to stretch and lift the body. This class is great for beginners and also individuals looking to mix up their workout.
Legs, Bums & Tums
A programme that will be a mix of cardio and resistance exercises. A good all round workout with that little extra focus on legs bums and tums.
